PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION & RENEWALS
Payments, Programme Term & Cancellation
Programme term
Cyber Snack Lab is delivered as an annual programme to support consistent behaviour change across your organisation.
All programmes are billed annually in advance.
This structure ensures continuity, fair pricing, and meaningful outcomes for participating organisations.
Cancellations
Programmes may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice prior to the end of the annual term.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current term.
No partial refunds are provided for unused time within an active annual programme.
This approach ensures programme stability and allows us to deliver consistent value to all participating organisations.
Seats & team changes
Subscription seats are assigned to individuals within your organisation.
If staff change during the year, seats can be reassigned at any time at no additional cost.
Seat numbers can be adjusted at renewal.
Payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or invoice.
We do not store your payment details.
PRIVACY POLICY
We collect only the info we need to deliver your subscription:
Your email address, first and last name (if subscribed)
Basic usage data (e.g. email interactions and video engagement)
Payment data (securely handled by Stripe—we don’t store this ourselves)
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Depending on your country, you may have the right to:

The scripts are written by our human cybersecurity experts and edited using AI editing tools.
AI is applied to harmonise delivery and visual quality, not to replace people. It supports diversity, accessibility, and consistency at scale.
