We continuously scan and research cybersecurity trends and threats. We use a network of cybersecurity experts from around the world. We monitor multiple international cybersecurity agencies for current and upcoming threats and analyses.

WHY CYBER SNACK LAB?

Cyber Snack Lab™ is a next-generation awareness service and the latest addition to Cybersecurity99 Limited's family of services and products.

We know from experience that humans tend to disengage in irregular workshops. Great on the day but soon forgotten.

When learning about cybersecurity is regular, simple, short, relevant and timely, staff stay engaged and build habits — and organisations stay safer.

We know what works: Short, clear training your staff will actually watch. Our 60-second videos help build safer habits — one minute at a time.

PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Payments

• All subscription fees must be paid in advance.

• Payment is processed via our secure provider (Stripe).

• You can purchase one or multiple seats for your team under the same plan.

2. Refund & Reassignment Policy

Our refund and reassignment policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and simple — giving you peace of mind while we deliver consistent value to your team.

Refunds

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If you change your mind, you can request a full refund if:

• You contact us within 7 days of purchase, and

• No more than one Cyber Snack Lab™ video has been received or accessed.

After this period, or once more than one video has been accessed, you can still cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellations take effect from the start of the next billing month, and you’ll receive a pro-rata refund for the unused months that remain in your term.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Reassignment & Team Changes

Each subscription seat belongs to a named team member under your organisation’s email domain.

If someone leaves, you can reassign their seat to another staff member at any time — it’s quick, simple, and free.

Seats can’t be removed mid-term for a refund or price change, but any unused seats can be reassigned during your active subscription.

Renewals & Adjustments

At the end of your annual term, you’ll have the option to renew, change seat numbers, or switch plans before the next billing cycle begins.

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect only the info we need to deliver your subscription:

• Your email address, first and last name (if subscribed)

• Basic website data (e.g. clicks, page visits, videos watched)

• Payment data (securely handled by Stripe—we don’t store this ourselves)

  
  

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

Depending on your country, you may have the right to:

• Access or correct your data

• Ask us to delete it

• Withdraw consent

• File a privacy complaint

Cyber Snack Lab will always stay human at its core. We use AI only where it helps us work smarter, and content is human-created and curated by experts.

Video Production:

Our training videos feature real people (actors) whose performances are enhanced with AI-based production tools. We use this technology to ensure the videos are clear, consistent, scalable and accessible across all modules.

The scripts are written by our human cybersecurity experts and edited using AI editing tools.

AI is applied to harmonise delivery and visual quality, not to replace people, but to make the training experience smoother and more effective enhancing nationalities, diversity and accessibility.
