We are dedicated to making cybersecurity awareness simple, fast, and effective no matter where your people are.

With over 60 years of combined IT and cybersecurity expertise, our team has supported government agencies, NGOs, and businesses.

TRUST & SECURITY

CSL Global Ltd aligns with NCSC Cyber Essentials, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (National Institute of Standards & Technology), SOC 2 (Service Organisation Control 2), ISO 27001 (international standard) — and uses reputable platforms that prioritise security in line with the above.

PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Payments

• All subscription fees must be paid in advance.

• Payment is processed via our secure provider (Stripe).

• You can purchase one or multiple seats for your team under the same plan.

2. Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. That said, we also need to maintain fair terms that protect the integrity of the service.

You may request a refund if:

• You contact us within 7 days of purchase, and

• No more than one video has been accessed or received.

  
  

Refunds will not be provided if:

• More than 7 days have passed, or

• More than one Cyber Snack Lab video has been delivered or accessed.

All payments already made are final and non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current or past billing periods.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where the policy is being misused.

3. Reassignment & Team Changes

• Each subscription seat is for a named user using your company's same email domain and is not shareable.

• If a staff member leaves, you may reassign the seat to a new team member by contacting us with their name and email using your company's same email domain.

• You may not remove seats mid-term for a refund or pricing downgrade.

If your team size reduces during the year:

• You will retain access for the original number of seats purchased.

• No refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused seats.

You can, however, reassign those unused seats to new users anytime within your annual term.

4. Subscriptions & Cancellations

Your subscription renews automatically according to the plan selected. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will stop future renewals.

You can cancel your plan at any time by emailing support@cybersecurity99.com. The following applies:

• Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing period (e.g. annual term).

• We do not offer partial refunds for time remaining on active subscriptions, however you can reassign seats at anytime by emailing support@cybersecurity99.com.

• You can continue using the service until the end of your term.

  
  

5. Enterprise Plans

If you have an Enterprise agreement with us, your contract may include specific terms regarding refunds, reassignment, or cancellation. Please refer to your signed agreement or contact us for clarification.

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect only the info we need to deliver your subscription:

• Your email address, first and last name (if subscribed)

• Basic website data (e.g. clicks, page visits, videos watched)

• Payment data (securely handled by Stripe—we don’t store this ourselves)

  
  

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

Depending on your country, you may have the right to:

• Access or correct your data

• Ask us to delete it

• Withdraw consent

• File a privacy complaint

Data Security:

We use HTTPS, secure login credentials, and trusted platforms to protect your information. Platforms follow global privacy standards.

USE OF AI

Our promise:

Cyber Snack Lab will always stay human at its core. We use AI only where it helps us work smarter, but every piece of content you and your people receive is human-created and curated by experts.

Video Production:

Our training videos feature real people (actors) whose performances are enhanced with AI-based production tools. We use this technology to ensure the videos are clear, consistent, and accessible across all modules.

The scripts are written by human cybersecurity experts and edited using AI editing tools.

AI is applied to harmonise delivery and visual quality, not to replace people, but to make the training experience smoother and more effective enhancing nationalities, diversity and accessibility.
